TPC 2000 Projects Inc. was incorporated in 1999 as a parallel company to Tri Power Construction Ltd., which was incorporated in 1979. TPC 2000 Projects Inc. was established to continue all new construction projects with Tri Power Construction Ltd. working on building envelope reconstruction projects.

The combination of the two companies which are under the same ownership, have a 36-year track record, which is a combination of low and mid-rise multi-family, townhouses, commercial and institutional, building envelope, tenant improvements and building maintenance.

Our firm has extensive background in social housing projects, multi-family market projects, schools, institutional work and commercial projects and community use buildings.

Our history has given us the experience to work with owners and institutions to budget, schedule and construct projects through construction management, as well as through lump sum contracts. We can effectively complete projects as we have our own labour force with the expertise to cover many aspects of project requirements.

TPC 2000 Projects Inc. is registered and in good standing with HPO and warranted by Travellers Guarantee Company of Canada.

Through this we continually strive to maintain our market share, and deliver projects in a cost effective and timely manner.
